Printing Introduction
Printing Introduction
In standard printing, items to be printed are cut from a selection of special materials and transferred to the fabric using a high temperature, high pressure press.
- Precise Positioning
Our state of the art robotic printing arms use hi-tech cameras and positioning sensors to place the print items in exactly the right place, every time.
- High Speed
The printing press operates entirely automatically, at high speed, completing a piece, even with multiple items or logos, in a matter of seconds.
Standard Printing Positions
Usually, we will print in the 6 positions shown in the picture below.
Embroidery
In this method we use sublimation printing to create the main image of the badge. This is then embroidered to the clothing to create a much stronger, resilient badge.
Thermal Press
In this method the badge is printed on to special materials which are then fixed to the garment using our high temperature, high pressure pressing machine.
Optional Printing
Customized Logo
On the shirt we can also provide personalized printing on non-standard positions.
We can adapt your original logo to make it print ready.
*Note
Quality printing requires high quality imagery, so the charges we apply will be affected by the quality of the imagery that you can provide.
